Service Provided: We provide two types of services. An In-Home Drop Off is bringing the merchandise inside your home in to the first entrance of your house or apartment or white glove service which consists of placing the merchandise to a choice of your room and assembling. Please be aware that when we provide white glove service our freight company will not be able to take any trash back with them, however our delivery crew will pack all the trash together for you and offer to bring them outside and place them where ever we are told it can be placed. Please make sure to inspect all the furniture delivered with our delivery crew that all mechanism is functional and all the furniture that you are receiving is assembled to your satisfaction before you sign off on the paperwork that the furniture is delivered in excellent condition.
Delivery Time Frame: Time frame for delivery on any product is based on product availability and where the product is being delivered too. If your order is time sensitive please feel free to chat or contact our sales staff at anytime to inquire stock availability and to check the time frame it will take to reach your destination. We can also offer an expedited delivery if your item is in stock and ready to ship. If your order is time sensitive we do highly recommend to inquire before placing your order. All Orders shipped within the time frame mentioned is contingent on product availability. NYC 5 Boroughs, New Jersey (Northern & Central) will be delivered within 5-7 business days. Southern New Jersey, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Virginia, Maryland And Washington DC will be delivered within 7-10 business days. Nationwide Shipping (All Other States) will be delivered within 3-4 weeks.
Payment & Shipping: Orders will not be fulfilled until funds are cleared. Customer will be liable of all fees inherited by Bellissi Furniture Gallery if customer has insufficient funds, cancelation of an order etc. Please allow us up to 48 hours after funds are cleared to process your order. Allow us up to 4 business days for a refund to show up on a customers account. We except Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, Checks and PayPal, we also offer Financing (No Interest On Financing Available).
