Bellissi Furniture reserves the right at our discretion to cancel an order. 

If proper information is not provided to our credit and fraud prevention department for identity verification 

If an item on our website may be discontinued (Not notified by a supplier in advance)

Price error or unexpected increase on an item

Return Policy

All returns will result in a 25% Restocking Fee 

Customer is responsible to pay all shipping costs on returned items

All products must be returned in its original packaging 

Items must be returned to our warehouse within 2 weeks from the day the order is received

Once the item is assembled in your home we will not be able to take it back even if its originally packed

Refunds can not be issued until the product arrives back to our warehouse and is fully inspected

If the item arrives back to our warehouse damaged a refund will not be honored

We must be notified of all returns ahead of time

Delivery Policy

If order is refused upon delivery customer is fully liable for all fees including redelivery charges

All deliveries are confirmed ahead of time, if customer not home after confirmation is made the customer will be fully liable for redelivery charge

Refusal of an entire order do to one damaged item will result in a restocking fee and delivery fees (Bellissi Furniture will exchange any damaged item at no extra cost to the customer)

If the wrong address is provided by the customer there will be a redelivery charge

All orders can be cancelled before the items are shipped from our suppliers warehouse or Bellissi Furnitures warehouse

Orders are usually processed within 24 hours and ship within 72 hours from the day the order is placed

If an item does not fit in to an entrance of a customer’s home then the customer will be responsible for all fees for the item to be returned

All “special orders” can not be returned for a refund

All missing parts or hardware will be mailed to the customer within 48-72 hours after we are notified

Items that arrive damaged upon delivery will be processed for an exchange from the time we are notified by the customer or our freight company and will be  shipped within 48-72 hours for replacement (Fulfilment is contingent on stock availability)

If all merchandise are not inspected upon delivery and details of all damages or any other issue is not written on the drivers paperwork before signing off customer will forfeit their ability for any exchange

If a certificate of insurance is needed for the delivery there will be an additional fee charged (Inquire for additional cost)

If a ferry ride is required in order for a delivery to be made there will be an additional fee charged (Inquire for additional cost)

Bellissi Furniture must be notified ahead of time of any returns (Notifications can be made via chat, email or by phone)

Cancellation Policy

Special orders can not be cancelled and are nonrefundable

Orders can only be cancelled before the items are shipped

Cancelled orders that are shipped will result in a 25% restocking fee 

Delivery fees are not refundable on shipped orders

All out of stock orders are reserved and paid for by Bellissi Furniture in advance.  Therefore once agreed upon to wait a cancelation of order and a refund will not be honored

We work closely with our vendors and strive to be 100% certain of all product colors, dimensions, and measurements. Notwithstanding however, specifications on our site may not reflect accurately as the manufacturer can change the specs at any time without notice. In terms of color, images of certain items may look different than the actual item. This can occur for a variety of reasons including but not limited to the lighting during a photo shoot or your monitor’s display. We have made every effort to display our products as accurately and will continue to do so. Any questions related to color, dimensions or specifications must be discussed prior to placing your order.
